Fruit Platter with Pink Nice Cream Dip
Ingredients
Fruit platter
- cantaloupe
- grapes
- blackberries
- kiwi fruit
- blueberries
- passion fruit
- plum
- freeze dried raspberries
Pink nice cream
- 120g frozen mango
- 120g frozen pineapple
- 4 frozen bananas
- 70g frozen zucchini
- 40g frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt
- 1 1/2 tbsp black goji berry powder
- 1 tsp butterfly pea powder
Preparation
Blend all the pink nice cream ingredients in a high-speed blender until super smooth and creamy.
Eat the nice cream immediately or place it in the freezer until ready to eat.
Wash and slice the fruits for the platter.
Arrange the fruits on a serving platter.
Serve the nice cream as a dip with the fruit platter.
