Healthy Protein Brownies with Bananas
Ingredients
- 3 overripe bananas
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 scoops whey protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mash the bananas in a bowl
Add the egg and peanut butter, mix well
Stir in the whey protein, cocoa powder, and baking powder
Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set
