Healthy Protein Brownies with Bananas

Ingredients

  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 scoops whey protein
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mash the bananas in a bowl

  3. Add the egg and peanut butter, mix well

  4. Stir in the whey protein, cocoa powder, and baking powder

  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set
