Homemade Vegan Granola Bark Treat
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup creamy raw almond butter (unsalted, unsweetened)
- 1/2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut flour
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup granola
Optional toppings
- Vegan refined sugar-free chocolate
- Flaky sea salt
Preparation
Mix the almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, and salt together in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over 1 cup of granola and mix well.
Spread the granola mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Melt the vegan refined sugar-free chocolateand drizzle it over the top.
Sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
Place in the freezer for about an hour until hardened.
Enjoy straight from the freezer, as it softens at room temperature.
