Little Quick Adaptogenic Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup of @notmilksuk hazelnut milk
  • 1/2 tsp of @maulirituals shatavari
  • 4 tsp of chia seeds

Toppings

  • chopped fresh papaya
  • toasted almonds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together and let sit for about 1 hour or more.

  2. Serve with chopped fresh papaya and toasted almonds.
