Mango Pancakes with Banana and Coconut
Ingredients
- 1 large super ripe mango
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 150 ml coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- approximately 200 ml flour
- sweetener
- vanilla or cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- a bit of almond milk if needed
Preparation
Blend 1 large super ripe mango with 1 banana, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 150 ml coconut milk and 2 tablespoons coconut oil.
Mix in approximately 200 ml of flour, sweetener, vanilla or cinnamon, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a bit of almond milk if needed.
Fry until golden.
