Homemade Peach Frozen Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 4 cups peeled and chopped peaches, frozen (about 5-6 peaches)
  • 3/4 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (I use @stonyfield)
  • 3 tablespoons pure honey

Optional toppings

  • Topping of choice, such as shredded coconut and hemp seed hearts

Preparation

  1. Add frozen peaches in batches to a Vitamix or high-powered blender and blend into very small chunks, doing this in batches helps the blender work better and you can use the Vitamix tamper to assist in breaking down the peaches

  2. Then add Greek yogurt and honey, blend until totally combined and smooth, and add more yogurt if it is not looking creamy enough

  3. Serve immediately or place in a freezer-safe container, and if serving from the freezer, let it thaw for a few minutes as it will be very hard
