Peanut Butter Cacao Protein Cake

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup rice milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp toasted barley
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp mac
  • 2 tbsp active fiber
  • 2 scoops Sunwarrior protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of dates
  • 1 cup of cashews
  • 1 cup of shredded coconut

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together or mix it by hand.

  2. Blend everything together.

  3. Put together the cake and place in fridge for a few hours before serving.
