Simple Vegan Peanut Butter Custard
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup plant milk
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp corn starch
- 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Add plant milk, peanut butter and corn starch to a pot and stir.
Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer while stirring for 6 minutes.
Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
