Simple Vegan Peanut Butter Custard

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plant milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 cup coconut milk, full fat
  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add plant milk, peanut butter and corn starch to a pot and stir.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and let simmer while stirring for 6 minutes.

  3. Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
