Peanut Butter Oat Chocolate Chip Cookies


  • Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl
  • mix 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds and set aside. In another bowl
  • mix 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • and 1/3 cup maple syrup with hand mixer until smooth. Pour in the dry ingredients and mix with spatula. Add in 1/2 cup mini dark chocolate chips


  1. Scoop the dough into small balls and gently flatten down with fork

  2. Bake for 10 minutes, and let them cool before you enjoy
