Protein Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 can drained chickpeas
  • 4 tbsp @okamibio cacao, carob & pea protein
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 dates, chopped
  • 60 ml plant based milk
  • optional: 3 tbsp raw chocolate chips
  • a handful peanuts
  • 80 gr dark chocolate to melt

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients besides the chocolate chips and the melted chocolate in a blender until smooth

  2. Add the chocolate chips and keep some for decoration

  3. Form little balls and squeeze one peanut each in the center of it. Store them in the freezer for at least 15 minutes

  4. In the meantime melt the chocolate in a hot water bath

  5. Throw one ball at a time in the melted chocolate and cover completely

  6. Dry out on a cooking grid or baking sheet and decorate with some sea salt or chocolate chips
