Quick & Easy Tropical Yoghurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 c mango coconut yoghurt, @cocobella_coconut_yoghurt
  • 1/2 c nutty granola
  • 6 slices of @frooty.tootie dehydrated pineapple, roughly chopped
  • 2 fresh passion fruit for garnish
  • salted caramel dark chocolate for garnish, @picochocolate
  • assembly: in a glass serving bowl, add 3/4 c of the mango yogurt.

Preparation

  2. In a glass serving bowl, add 3/4 c of the mango yogurt

  3. Add a layer of your choice of nutty granola

  4. Next add a layer of chopped dehydrated pineapple (about 3/4 the quantity)

  5. Now add the rest of the yoghurt

  6. Finally, garnish with the rest of the granola and dehydrated pineapple along with fresh passion fruit flesh and chunks of slated caramel dark chocolate

  7. It’s really refreshing
