Raspberry Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed raspberries
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1-2 tbsp natural sweetener (honey or maple syrup)
Preparation
Use a mason jar to add in the crushed raspberries and chia seeds.
Stir well to combine both ingredients and remember to break down the clumps of chia seed.
Pour the coconut milk and continue stirring.
Add vanilla and your chosen natural sweetener.
Seal the jar and then start shaking it vigorously for 60 seconds.
Stop when the mixture is fully blended.
Pop it in the refrigerator to freeze it for at least 4 hours or overnight.
