Raw Carrot Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded carrots
- 1 1/2 cups raw walnuts
- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- blend everything until homogenously combined
- frosting:
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, soaked
- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked
- 2 tbsp maple syrup (or desired amount)
- 2 tbsp water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk, firm part (see highlights for procedure)
Preparation
Blend everything until homogenously combined
In a food processor blend everything until smooth
