These Frozen Cheesecake Bites
Ingredients
- - 1/2 cup (120g) dairy-free ricotta (or regular ricotta drained of all moisture)
- - 1/4 cup (28 g) almond flour
- - 2 tbsp (42 g) maple syrup
- - 1 tbsp(15 g) coconut oil melted
- - 1 tbsp juice of lemon
- - 1 tsp vanilla
- - 2 tbsp (30 g) any flavour jam
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together except the jam, stir until well blended
Add the jam and fold a couple of times to create a swirl
Scoop onto parchment, mould into balls and freeze until solid
Keep the bites frozen! ❄️
