Two-Ingredient Ice Cream Bread with Sprinkles

Ingredients

  • 1 pint regular vanilla ice cream (2 cups)
  • 1 1/3 cups self-rising flour
  • Sprinkles (or mini chocolate chips or desired toppings)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a bread pan with parchment paper.

  2. Allow the ice cream to sit on the countertop until it softens and about half is fully melted.

  3. Slowly mix in the self-rising flour until combined, being careful not to overmix.

  4. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared bread pan and top with sprinkles.

  5. Bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the bread comes out clean.

  6. Allow the bread to cool, then cut into slices and enjoy!
