Vegan Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup plant milk
  • 1/4 cup xocousa chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Using the double boiling method, melt your chocolate.

  2. In a blender or food processor, add all of your ingredients including melted chocolate.

  3. Blend until smooth and thick.

  4. Pour mixture into airtight container and let chill for an hour before serving.

  5. Garnish with fresh mint or berries and enjoy.
