White Peach and Honey Green Tea Jelly Using
Ingredients
- 1 white peach
- 1 tea bag of choice or 2tbl loose leaf tea
- 2 tbl honey
- water
- 4 grams agar agar
Preparation
Steep tea in 200 ml hot water for about 10 min for strong flavor. Cut peach into thin slices and feel free to dice as well if you prefer smaller chunks. I did a mix of both slices and chunks of peach.⠀
In a medium sauce pan over medium heat, add 300 ml water, steeped tea, 4 grams agar agar and 1-2tbl honey. Heat till agar is dissolved through.⠀
Place slices or chunks of peach in containers of choose and add agar tea liquid.⠀
Let cool and refrigerate till set. Drizzle with honey for more sweetness and enjoy!⠀
