Raspberry Chia Seed Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (a generous 1 cup) organic frozen raspberries/strawberries⠀
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (totally optional)⠀
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Bring water and berries to a boil then simmer for 4-5 minutes (or until no longer frozen)⠀

  2. Remove from heat, add chia seeds, stir to combine, then let sit

  3. Let cool, then stir again before pouring into container and storing in fridge. Will continue to thicken up while in fridge
