Simple Seed Brittle for Salads and Snacks

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Preparation

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Mix all the ingredients together.

  3. Spread in a thin layer on the tray.

  4. Roast in the oven at 160deg C until golden brown.

  5. Allow to cool completely before breaking into bits.

  6. It keeps in an air tight jar for about 2 weeks.
