Simple Seed Brittle for Salads and Snacks
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Preparation
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Spread in a thin layer on the tray.
Roast in the oven at 160deg C until golden brown.
Allow to cool completely before breaking into bits.
It keeps in an air tight jar for about 2 weeks.
