Ultimate FODMAP Friendly Raspberry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic frozen raspberries or strawberries
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Bring water and berries to a boil then simmer for 4-5 minutes or until no longer frozen

  2. Remove from heat, add chia seeds, stir to combine, then let sit

  3. Let cool, then stir again before pouring into container and storing in fridge
