Ingredients

  • * 1 cup Cashews
  • * 1 cup Water
  • * 1 sqeezed Lemon
  • * 2 tsp Salt
  • * 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • * 1 1/2 tsp Red Paprika
  • * 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • * 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (or fresh)
  • * 1 clove Garlic
  • * 1 tsp Psyllium

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in water for about and half an hour or 1 hour

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth paste, or until dip tecture like

  3. Enjoy with some fries, tortillas or anything you want
