Ingredients
- * 1 cup Cashews
- * 1 cup Water
- * 1 sqeezed Lemon
- * 2 tsp Salt
- * 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
- * 1 1/2 tsp Red Paprika
- * 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- * 1/2 tsp Chilli Flakes (or fresh)
- * 1 clove Garlic
- * 1 tsp Psyllium
Preparation
Soak the cashews in water for about and half an hour or 1 hour
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until very smooth paste, or until dip tecture like
Enjoy with some fries, tortillas or anything you want
