Easy Creamy Scrambled Eggs with Butter

Preparation
To achieve creamy scrambled eggs, use plenty of ghee or butter and avoid breaking them up too much.
Heat a skillet over low to medium heat.
Whisk the eggs.
Add ghee or butter to the skillet.
Pour the eggs into the skillet.
Let them sit for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Use a spatula to scoot them to the middle.
Let them sit until they are no longer runny.
Remove from heat and enjoy.
