Simple Asparagus and Emmental Omelette Breakfast

Ingredients

  • asparagus
  • Emmental cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chili flakes

Preparation

  1. Slice asparagus and sauté in oil with salt and pepper for 5 minutes; remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Add oil to the pan and let it heat up.

  3. Beat 3 eggs.

  4. Pour eggs into pan, turn heat down, cook and swirl pan to cook evenly.

  5. Add asparagus and shredded cheese into the middle.

  6. Flip both sides inwards and slide omelette onto plate.

  7. Season with more sea salt, pepper, and chili flakes.

  8. Enjoy immediately.

Tips

  1. Do not overcook the eggs; aim for a creamy texture for the best flavor and texture.

  2. Omelette technique may take a few tries to master, but the taste is always delicious.
