Yogurt Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 2 small ripe bananas (1/2 cup mashed)
- 1/2 cup yogurt {or 1/4 cup milk}
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup cassava flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F and spray/line a loaf pan
In a large bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients, then stir in the dry ingredients
Pour batter into loaf pan & bake for 30-35 minutes. {let it cool for 15-20 minutes before cutting into slices}
