Mum's Fruit Salad Spread

Ingredients

  • 3 Persimmons
  • 3 Mandarin
  • 2 kiwifruit
  • 1 Nashi pear
  • 1 pomegranate
  • Juice of lime
  • Honey or Maple Syrup

Preparation

  1. Chop persimmons into small pieces

  2. Peel mandarins and cut in half

  3. Peel kiwifruit and chop into small pieces

  4. Chop nashi pear into small pieces, ensuring the core is removed

  5. Peel pomegranates and remove all seeds

  6. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients together

  7. When serving, add lime juice and drizzle honey or maple syrup
