Mango Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 120 g dried mango (no sugar added)
- 150 g natural cashew nuts
- 40 g coconut (unsweetened finely shredded) and extra for rolling
- 1/2 tsp tumeric
- 1 lime, zest
- honey or maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Soak the cashews in hot water and the mango in room temperature water for 30 minutes
Drain and rinse
Add all the ingredients to a food processor and mix untill it formes a dough
I like to leave small pieces of mango and cashew for the texture
Roll into balls and coat with cocnut
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week
