Ingredients
- 1 scoop Forever Ultra vanilla protein/nutrition powder
- 100 ml coconut drink
- 2 frozen very ripe bananas
- 50 g frozen mango
- 50 g frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
Preparation
