Turmeric Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 small slice fresh ginger
- 2 banana fresh or frozen
- 2 carrots peeled & cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup coconut milk ( or any milk)
- 1 cup coconut water( or normal water)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cup ice cubes
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together & serve immediately & enjoy
