Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen bananas
- Juice and zest of half a lime
- 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
Preparation
Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, making sure the watermelon is added first.
Cover the blender with a lid and blend on high, using a tamper to help push the fruit towards the blade.
Once everything is smooth and well-blended, pour your smoothie into a glass or into a hollowed-out watermelon rind.
