Watermelon Strawberry Smoothie Bowl


  • 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • Juice and zest of half a lime
  • 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)


  1. Add all of your ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, making sure the watermelon is added first.

  2. Cover the blender with a lid and blend on high, using a tamper to help push the fruit towards the blade.

  3. Once everything is smooth and well-blended, pour your smoothie into a glass or into a hollowed-out watermelon rind.
