After 8 Mint Hot Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 tbs jaggery
- 1 tbs cocoa
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 tsp peppermint essence
- 1.5 tbs chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coffee
Preparation
Blend everything in a blender( we used a magic bullet which was so easy and the perfect size to use ?) to create a nice froth
Heat in a pan on medium heat so that the chocolate melts
Pour into a cup top with sweetened coconut whipped cream and chocolate shavings
