Blueberry Lucuma Smoothie Bowl with Superfoods

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of any kind of frozen fruit
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 tsp @terrasoul homemade greens powder
  • 1.5 tbsp lucuma powder
  • 1/2 cup @wholefoods organic coconut water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender like a @vitamix until smooth.

  2. Top with all your favorite toppings, such as @foragerproject cashew yogurt, coconut flakes, @terrasoul white chia seed pudding, and fresh blueberries.
