Blueberry Ginger and Cacao Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- Small chunk of fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp of cacao
- 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
- 2 to 3 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
- Splash of plant based milk
- nutty cacao granola
- dark choc chunks
- berries
- mixed seeds
- 1/2 sliced banana
Preparation
Blend until smooth.
Spoon into a bowl.
Cover with nutty cacao granola, dark chocolate chunks, berries, mixed seeds, and half a sliced banana.
