Blueberry Ginger and Cacao Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • Small chunk of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp of cacao
  • 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
  • 2 to 3 heaped tbsp of coconut yoghurt
  • Splash of plant based milk
  • nutty cacao granola
  • dark choc chunks
  • berries
  • mixed seeds
  • 1/2 sliced banana

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth.

  2. Spoon into a bowl.

  3. Cover with nutty cacao granola, dark chocolate chunks, berries, mixed seeds, and half a sliced banana.
