Hibiscus and Strawberry Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tray of strawberries
  • 1 handful of hibiscus flowers
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • Panela
  • Ice

Preparation

  1. Cut the strawberries and blend them with a cup of cold water until you have a homogeneous mixture.

  2. Place a handful of hibiscus flowers in a teapot with a cup of hot water and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.

  3. Add the strawberry juice, hibiscus infusion, chopped strawberries, ice to a jar and sweeten to taste.

  4. Serve in rimmed glasses and rim with honey and panela.

  5. Enjoy.
