Hibiscus and Strawberry Iced Tea
Ingredients
- 1 tray of strawberries
- 1 handful of hibiscus flowers
- 1 liter of water
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Panela
- Ice
Preparation
Cut the strawberries and blend them with a cup of cold water until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Place a handful of hibiscus flowers in a teapot with a cup of hot water and let it infuse for 5-10 minutes.
Add the strawberry juice, hibiscus infusion, chopped strawberries, ice to a jar and sweeten to taste.
Serve in rimmed glasses and rim with honey and panela.
