Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen cucumber
  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • Tiny dash of peppermint extract
  • Cashew milk (to blend)

Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the frozen bananas, frozen cucumber, spinach, vanilla protein, and a tiny dash of peppermint extract.

  2. Pour in enough cashew milk to cover the ingredients.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. If needed, add more cashew milk to reach your desired consistency.

  5. Pour the mint chocolate chip smoothie into a glass.
