Spirulina Lemon Health Drink
Ingredients
- 1/2 teaspoon spirulina or one frozen cube
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Water, optional
- Ice, optional
Baby version
- 1/8 teaspoon spirulina
Preparation
Mix the spirulina, lemon juice, water, and ice together if using.
Sip the drink immediately.
For babies
Mix the spirulina into a puree or add directly to a sippy cup.
