Lemon Infused Chia Water

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds
  • Water
  • Lemon (juice or slices)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon)

Preparation

  1. Combine chia seeds and water in a container.

  2. Add lemon juice or slices and stir well.

  3. Optionally include honey or maple syrup for sweetness.

  4. Let the mixture sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to gel.

Tips
