Easy Mango and Pineapple Smoothie Jars for Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 1 pineapple
  • 1 frozen mango
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Juice of half lemon
  • 1 small cube of fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp maca powder (optional)
  • Splash of coconut water
  • 1 passion fruit

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the passion fruit until smooth.

  2. Add the passion fruit and combine well.

  3. Enjoy the smoothie in jars.
