Golden Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen (peeled) cucumber
  • 1 tbsp coconut cream
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tsp @yoursuperfoods super greens
  • 1 scoop @yoursuperfoods protein
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 in fresh ginger
  • pinch of black pepper

Toppings

  • raspberries
  • @go_raw Plant based sprouted granola
  • coconut shreds

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
