Simple Anti-Inflammatory Elixir with Fresh Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, finely grated
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg fresh spirulina
