Turmeric and Nutmeg Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • add 1 cup CANNED (FODMAP Friendly)
  • coconut milk
  • (you can use almond milk too but it won't be as creamy)
  • to a small saucepan with a 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and simmer for a few minutes

Preparation

  1. Then I add it to a mug with a dash of sweeter (maple syrup, rice malt syrup, stevia etc) and get a hand held mixer to froth it up if you're feeling extra fancy
