Turmeric and Nutmeg Chai Latte
Ingredients
- add 1 cup CANNED (FODMAP Friendly)
- coconut milk
- (you can use almond milk too but it won't be as creamy)
- to a small saucepan with a 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder and simmer for a few minutes
Preparation
Then I add it to a mug with a dash of sweeter (maple syrup, rice malt syrup, stevia etc) and get a hand held mixer to froth it up if you're feeling extra fancy
