Cherry Pomegranate Nicecream with Rose Infusion

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup rose tisane

Preparation

  1. Brew the rose tisane by steeping herbs and dried flowers in boiling water for as long as possible, such as overnight in the fridge after cooling.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and transfer to a bowl of choice.

  3. Top with berries, granola, flowers, or other fun things.

Notes

  1. Do not store boiling water directly in the fridge to avoid ruining food.
