Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream
Ingredients
Pb chunks
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Ice cream
- 1 (14 oz) can coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3 ice cubes
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Spread on a baking pan the peanut butter and let it freeze for a few hours until hard and chunkes like. Take it out and cut or break into chunks.
Blend all the ingredients mentioned above together in a high speed blender or food processor, or if you have a ice cream maker even better, until you have the consistency that you desire for the perfect ice cream nice cream experience!
Finally, just add the PB chunks into the mixture and enjoy!
