Watermelon Basil Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 cups of a fat juicy watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- pinch of a salt
Preparation
Blend it all in a @blendtec and freeze in a cake pan. After about an hour I like to re blend it and wait around for the perfect consistency
