Watermelon Basil Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 5 cups of a fat juicy watermelon
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1 can organic coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch of a salt

Preparation

  1. Blend it all in a @blendtec and freeze in a cake pan. After about an hour I like to re blend it and wait around for the perfect consistency
