Vegan No Churn Watermelon Basil Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 5 cups of juicy watermelon
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 can organic coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a blender.
Freeze the mixture in a cake pan.
After about an hour, re-blend the mixture.
Wait for the perfect slushy consistency.
