Homemade Berry Chia Jam with Natural Sweeteners
Ingredients
- 1 cup berries (raspberries and blackberries)
- 1 tablespoon date syrup or honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Preparation
Warm berries and honey on the stove until they start to boil.
Remove from heat, stir in the chia seeds, let sit for 15 minutes, and enjoy. Store extra jam in the fridge.
