Homemade Berry Chia Jam

Ingredients

  • 1 cup berries {i used raspberries and blackberries}
  • 1 tbsp. date syrup {or honey}
  • 2 tbsp. chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Warm berries and honey on the stove until they start to boil

  2. Remove from heat, stir in the chia seeds, let sit for 15 minutes, & enjoy! {store extra jam in the fridge}
