Ingredients

  • 1 cup fruit juice
  • 3 tablespoons powdered gelatine and 3 tablespoons honey

Preparation

  1. To make them you just need 1 cup fruit juice, 3 tablespoons powdered gelatine and 3 tablespoons honey

  2. Put all ingredients in a small pan and cook for a few minutes over a low to medium heat

  3. Stir continuously till all the gelatine is fully dissolved

  4. It’s important not to overheat the mixture

  5. Carefully pour into any moulds you like and set in the fridge for about 30 minutes

  6. If you’re feeling impatient 10 minutes in the freezer will also work
