Creamy Cheesy Vegan Potato Pasta
Ingredients
- potatoes
- garlic
- onions
- oat milk
- vegan cream cheese
- nutritional yeast
- herb and spice blends
- sea salt
- pepper
- kalettes
- rose harissa pesto
- gluten-free pasta shells
Preparation
Boil potatoes until soft
Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Blend the boiled potatoes, sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herb and spice blends, sea salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
Cook gluten-free pasta shells according to package instructions
Mix the sauce with the cooked pasta, add kalettes, and top with rose harissa pesto.
