Simple Protein Squares with Herbs and Spices

Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground meat
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • any desired herbs or spices

Preparation

  1. Mix together 3 lb of ground meat with 3/4 tsp sea salt and any desired herbs or spices.

  2. Bake at 375°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.

  3. Cool, cut into 9 to 12 squares, then store or freeze for future meals.

Serving ideas

  1. Serve with a herb salad made from pan-fried zucchini and shallot with fresh dill and basil.

  2. Accompany with a baked sweet potato topped with coconut oil, salt, pepper, and chives.
