Simple Protein Squares with Herbs and Spices
Ingredients
- 3 lb ground meat
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- any desired herbs or spices
Preparation
Mix together 3 lb of ground meat with 3/4 tsp sea salt and any desired herbs or spices.
Bake at 375°F for 30 to 45 minutes or until done.
Cool, cut into 9 to 12 squares, then store or freeze for future meals.
Serving ideas
Serve with a herb salad made from pan-fried zucchini and shallot with fresh dill and basil.
Accompany with a baked sweet potato topped with coconut oil, salt, pepper, and chives.
