Ingredients

  • 3 lb of ground meat with 3/4 tsp sea salt and any desired herbs/spices
  • The one on my plate is a bison bacon square with oregano and garlic

Preparation

  1. Mix together 3 lb of ground meat with 3/4 tsp sea salt and any desired herbs/spices

  2. The one on my plate is a bison bacon square with oregano and garlic

  3. Bake at 375 F for 30 - 45 minutes or until done

  4. Cool, cut into 9 - 12 squares, then store or freeze for future meals

  5. Served here with a herb salad (pan-fried zucchini and shallot with fresh dill and basil), and a baked sweet potato with coconut oil, s + p, and chives (starch energy modification for a very active day!)
