Lunch Plate : Vegetable Pulav

Ingredients

  • Mint Leaf
  • onions
  • coriander
  • green chilies
  • rice
  • salt
  • turmeric
  • while spices
  • vegetables

Preparation

  1. Wash and soak rice for 20 mins

  2. Finely chop mint leaves , onions, green chilies and keep it aside

  3. In a pan add oil and once oil warms up add whole spices , green chilies and sauté for 2 mins

  4. Add onion and sauté in 2-3 mins until it turns translucent 5) Add turmeric , salt and vegetables

  5. Add chopped mint leaves and sauté

  6. Add soaked rice and water and let is cook on low flame

  7. Turn off the gas, add coriander leaves and leave the lid closed 10 mins

  8. Dish is ready to be served with Raita
