Sausage, Apple and Blackberry Traybake

Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 150ml chicken stock
  • 150g blackberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to fan 190. Add the sausages, apples, onions and rosemary into a roasting tray, then mix the maple

  2. Dijon, garlic and oil together and drizzle it over. Bake for 35-40 mins

  3. Remove from the oven and warm the tray on a low heat on the hob. Pour in the stock and simmer for a minute, stirring around to get all of the sticky brown bits

  4. Scatter over the blackberries to warm through, then serve with a jacket or mashed potato
