Sausage, Apple and Blackberry Traybake
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 150ml chicken stock
- 150g blackberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to fan 190. Add the sausages, apples, onions and rosemary into a roasting tray, then mix the maple
Dijon, garlic and oil together and drizzle it over. Bake for 35-40 mins
Remove from the oven and warm the tray on a low heat on the hob. Pour in the stock and simmer for a minute, stirring around to get all of the sticky brown bits
Scatter over the blackberries to warm through, then serve with a jacket or mashed potato
