Vegan Chilli

Ingredients

  • 100g soy mince
  • 5 medium tomatoes
  • 1 paprika
  • 200g corn
  • 100g lentils
  • 200g kidney beans
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 250ml veggie stock
  • saft 1/2 zitrone
  • pepper
  • chili
  • 1tbsp cacao
  • tortilla chips

Preparation

  1. Put everything in a big pot and bring to a simmer. Let cook for about 20-30 minutes on low heat with the lid.parsley and soy yogurt to serve
