Vegan Chilli
Ingredients
- 100g soy mince
- 5 medium tomatoes
- 1 paprika
- 200g corn
- 100g lentils
- 200g kidney beans
- 1 big onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250ml veggie stock
- saft 1/2 zitrone
- pepper
- chili
- 1tbsp cacao
- tortilla chips
Preparation
Put everything in a big pot and bring to a simmer. Let cook for about 20-30 minutes on low heat with the lid.parsley and soy yogurt to serve
